1. T-Shirt Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refunds are only available for T-shirts with print defects or faults.
How to Request: Use our Returns Portal: https://electrikland.shop/apps/parcelpanel-returns to submit your refund request.
Non-Refundable: No refunds for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or issues other than print defects.
2. Footwear Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: You can return or exchange footwear within 14 days of delivery.

Requirements: Items must be unworn, in new condition, and in original packaging.
Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping.
Restocking Fee: $8 USD per item, deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds for Other Issues
Refunds are accepted within 14 days if:
Goods are broken, faulty
Goods don’t match the description
Incorrect size or colour was shipped
Action Required: Email photos of the issue to electriklandshop@gmail.com for assessment.
4. Restocking & Return Shipping Fees
Why Fees Apply: Covers labour for inspection, repackaging, and inventory updates.
Shipping Costs: If incorrect address details were provided and your order was shipped, additional shipping/restocking fees apply.
International Returns: Items returned to our overseas warehouse incur a partial cost charged to the customer.
Damaged Returns: Restocking fees help offset losses from damage during transit.
