Shipping policy

 

 

• We ship to all locations within the United States, UK, Canada, EU, Australia, NZ and other locations. Please note however WE DO NOT ship to Parcel lockers or PO Boxes. Addresses must be a personal home/ apartment address with access to your letter box or front door. 

 

• Custom T Shirt and Custom Jewellery delivery takes 10-30 days worldwide. Delivery for all other items worldwide takes 7-21 days.  Please also allow 3-5 days to prepare your order. Occasionally there are delays in delivery which is out of our hands however the majority of items are received within 11-14 days on average.

• Shipping information takes 2-5 days to be sent to you.  For customized jewellery, shipping information will be sent once your piece is made by hand and this takes between 7-12 days. 

 

• Because Electrik Land  provides free shipping worldwide, the best possible shipping time is provided for you.

 

• Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

 

• You will not be charged for the delivery of the goods you purchase on our Site unless there are certain products which require payment of delivery and or shipping. 
• if you fail to pick up your goods from the post office in time and they are returned to sender or give us incorrect address details you will be responsible to re-shipping which will be $13 USD. 

 

• If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Australia your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them

 

• You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

• NOTE: Once an order has been placed online it cannot be cancelled if it's a custom product.
