We may slightly adjust your pet’s pose, posture, or expression to match the design style you’ve chosen — whether it’s a mugshot, movie poster, or office portrait. Every design is reviewed and fine-tuned by our team to make sure it still feels uniquely them.

Yes! You can pick from six unique themes when ordering: Employee of the Month, Mugshot, Therapy Notes, Dating Profile, Movie Poster, or Incoming Call.

We print on soft, high-quality unisex cotton tees that feel great and last. Sizing is standard. If you like a looser or oversized look, we recommend sizing up.

Yes — just select “Send a mock-up?” on the order product page and choose “Yes”. We’ll email your mock-up within 1–2 business days. Please reply within 24 hours to approve or request changes. If we don’t hear back, we’ll go ahead with your order to avoid delays.

Artwork is created within 1–2 business days. Printing and shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking once it ships.

Because each shirt is custom-made with your pet’s photo, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. But if there’s a problem — such as damage, a misprint, or wrong item — we’ll fix it for you right away.
